We’re playwright Lindsay Harris Friel and musician and sound engineer Vincent Friel. We started making podcasts in 2015, with the sketch comedy pilot, Radio Free Tacony. It was uneven (the Steve sketch was pretty good), but the proof of concept was solid enough that we knew that with the right collaborators, we could make something good.
6630 Productions started its life with the audio drama adventure serial Jarnsaxa Rising. Our collaboration with artists in Minneapolis was exciting enough to refine our creative goals. Most recently we’ve worked with 11th Hour Audio, making pieces for the 11th Hour Audio Challenge to celebrate World Audio Drama Day.
